Client Details Page Personnel have just registered a new, interim Payroll Coordinator position for a well established Professional Services business based in York. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can offer an immediate start as well as a hybrid working arrangement and excellent staff benefits/company culture. Description To run the monthly payroll for all the companies within the Group including inputting data from a variety of communications eg timesheets, overtime etc and ensuring data is input to meet payroll deadlines To ensure compliance with starter and leavers paperwork for government bodies eg P45's To ensure compliance with PAYE/NI payments and reconciliations To ensure P11d's/P60's are produced in a timely manner To manage all the payroll journals To ensure compliance with auto-enrolment for all companies and employees To review, maintain and administer expense claims ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations To manage HMRC communications including RTI To deal with payroll/inland revenue/ employee enquiries relating to payroll, expenses etc Profile Strong background and knowledge of payroll systems and regulations. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various departments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
