Owing to our continued growth, DMN Logistics, part of DMN Group and one of the UKs leading independent logistics and fleet services companies, we are looking for a Fleet and Quality audit Supervisor. The right person for our team is proactive to ensure operating standards, diligent to ensure we meet the legal and maintenance requirements of the fleet and operate best practice to provide excellent internal and external customer service, happiness, and simple ways of working. The role is mainly on-site and based in Smethwick just outside of Birmingham. Occasional home / remote working will form part of the role as will travel to other DMN or Customer sites as required by the needs of the business. The main purpose of the role is to be the internal lead on the insurance, maintenance and compliance of all DMN Group company vehicles and associated compliance / driver audit activity. Key Responsibilities: To effectively manage all car fleet maintenance as required to ensure full compliance Work closely with operations director to ensure effective and continuous improvement To ensure full compliance of all driver licences as required in line with fleet and business policy. Lead the insurance requirements across the group to minimise risk and support customer satisfaction. Ensure all fleet records are current and up to date. Manage and responded in a timely manner on all NOIP / PCNs received in the business. To audit and process all activity in respect of our enhanced vehicle inspection service solutions. To work in partnership with our driver onboarding team to provide cover and additional support as required Required Skills/Knowledge Excellent knowledge of road traffic legislation. Strong communicator and social skills. A degree of technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
