NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours starting 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. The advert and employment contract reflect this new schedule. Some service areas may require up to an additional 30 minutes per week temporarily, paid accordingly, until rostering adjusts.
