We are looking for a talented Ad Operations Manager in our office in Australia to join our AdOps team and help us change the world of digital advertising together.

YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Setting up and optimising advertising campaigns with different KPIs.
2. Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivery and KPIs.
3. Troubleshooting campaigns and deals, identifying opportunities to improve the current processes and tools.
4. Implementing tracking technologies to provide additional measurement to clients and agencies.
5. Identifying discrepancies and solving them with the internal teams support and the agency involvement.
6. Creating weekly and monthly reports to clients and other departments involved in the process of a campaign.
7. Sharing optimisation insights and proposed adjustments to continue improving the campaign's results.
8. Sharing best practices with internal teams to ensure our service and understanding of the product is at the highest level.
9. Campaign invoicing with our finance team support.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
1. Have more than 5 years of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker in media agencies, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, or any related area.
2. Have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes.
3. Have experience with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, Adform, SmartRTB+, Amazon DSP.
4. Have knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
5. Have experience with various tools, which includes: Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Certification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify).
6. Are data-centered and are used to work and process data with Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools, using simple and complex formulas, as well as pivot tables.
7. Have a good level of English.
