Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled administrator to support the Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) Locality Team within the NHS Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon & Wiltshire ICB. This role includes business support, project management, and administrative coordination for senior leadership on a temporary basis, with a minimum duration of one month and rolling monthly reviews.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management.
2. Support project management tasks, including updating risk registers.
3. Maintain databases to manage information effectively.
4. Coordinate work plans, ensuring deadlines and governance requirements are met.
5. Organize and prepare documents required for governance meetings.
Requirements:
1. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
2. Strong administrative and project management skills.
3. Proficient in IT systems with advanced database skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to manage workload independently under tight and changing deadlines.
