Estimating Assistant Opportunity
Brellis Recruitment is currently seeking an Estimating Assistant to join an award-winning SME based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will work within the Sales/estimating team, initially focusing on administrative tasks and estimating smaller projects.
About the Role
The Estimating Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales/estimating team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Sales/estimating team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
2. Assist with estimating smaller projects, including collecting and analyzing data, and preparing estimates for submission to clients.
3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
4. Contribute to the development of the Sales/estimating team, by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
5. Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong administrative background, with experience in data entry, document management, and other related tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, and prepare estimates for submission to clients.
