The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and leading efforts to drive digital engagement, ticket sales, and brand visibility. Collaborating closely with leadership, you’ll have the autonomy to build a high-performing marketing function from the ground up and contribute to the company’s international expansion plans.
Role Features
The Head of Marketing will:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap to grow D2C revenues.
* Oversee all digital channels, including paid and organic traffic, social media, CRM, and affiliate partnerships.
* Build and optimise marketing processes and resources to ensure efficient growth.
* Define customer personas and craft strategies to engage target audiences.
* Analyse marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
Essential Skills
The successful candidate will bring:
* Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
* Expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and display advertising.
* Strong strategic thinking and a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual content creation.
* Leadership experience, including managing external agencies or freelance teams.
