You will manage and coordinate all administration and operation procedures related to the day-to-day management of the reception area.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: To manage the reception area to maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times. To work closely with operations for the effective delivery of services from reception. Formulate, manage, and communicate any changes in reception procedures. To answer the telephone in a welcoming and professional manner, transferring phone calls to the relevant team members quickly and efficiently. To check and respond to emails promptly. To manage your daily diary effectively and to carry out such tasks as are allocated to you. To meet and greet clients in a welcoming manner and be 'the face' of Thomas Legal providing an efficient and professional service. To manage the meeting rooms including diary management as well as ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy and fit for purpose.
