An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Estate Management Team for a highly motivated individual to take a lead role in developing methods of digital customer engagement.
What you’ll be doing
1. Help modernise our digital offer to complement and support the work of the Resident Involvement Team and parts of the wider business, enabling customer voice and influence through new channels;
2. Develop and deliver digital content, extending consultation and communication to a wider audience, to improve inclusivity and representative customer influence;
3. Maximise partnership opportunities with community stakeholders to work together to promote digital engagement;
4. Support tenants’ associations in activities that improve their communities and use digital methods to increase their influence;
5. Develop initiatives and events that will encourage customers and stakeholders to contribute to the development and improvement of their community;
6. Capture data through primarily digital channels, analyse and present the results to ensure customer influence informs our decision-making;
7. Use digital channels to ensure we hear the voices of customers across the whole of our operating area.
What we’re looking for
To join the Estates team, we’re looking for someone with:
1. The right attitude to develop vibrant communities through the organisation’s Resident Involvement and Scrutiny policy;
2. Excellent digital and communication skills. You will have a positive attitude to empowering customers to influence our service delivery;
3. Wide experience of using digital methods such as social media and online platforms to share information and promote participation;
4. A qualification at level 2 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework in Maths and English.
