Resident Services Manager
Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a part-time Resident Services Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
You will require an enhanced DBS for this position.
Working Pattern:
Monday and Thursday: 9 AM - 2 PM (Days can be flexible if needed)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example, adhering to company values and policies.
2. Provide outstanding customer service, always striving for improvement.
3. Manage daily operations, including parcel management, security oversight, and emergency procedures.
4. Maintain accurate logs of incidents and assist with general administrative tasks.
5. Liaise with residents, contractors, and managing agents to ensure smooth operations.
6. Conduct weekly management checks and submit reports on occurrences and maintenance issues.
What We're Looking For:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong IT and numeracy capabilities.
3. Experience working with vulnerable adults and handling confidential information.
4. Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and building management systems.
5. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, data protection, and access entry systems.
6. SIA and IOSH qualifications are desirable but not essential.
