Contract Performance Manager- £50,000 plus travel allowance and Bonus- Manchester
My client is looking for a Contract Performance Manager which will be working with their specialist teams to drive innovation and efficiency across all aspects of maintenance in respect of supplier engagement and interaction with the central Facilities team
Support with B2B engagement/ adoption and training along with ongoing support and continual improvement post go live
Reinforce B2B usage for all maintenance administration to ensure one version of MI
Supporting with strategic asset management innovation as we drive value from data within IFS as it evolves
Support Contractor adherence to new IFS processes to ensure successful implementation and transformation
Work with the Head of Estate Transformation to ensure clear tendering processes and governance is in place.
Value for Money across maintenance OPEX/ CAPEX
Responsible for ensuring costs are challenged and visible
Contractor Management
Actively managing the performance of all Facilities contractors, with support on immediate escalations / service concerns
* Quarterly meetings – data driven approach on performance management of contractors to monitor KPI/ SLA performance to drive improvement
* Source/ onboard new contractors – Focusing on where we have poor coverage / poor performers
* Responsible for a quarterly contractor newsletter
Leading on tenders when required to retain competitive tension and drive value
Compliance and monitoring of contractors with spot checks of site-specific RAMS – to include SafeContractor
Experience
* Extensive relevant property experience within a large, multi-site organisation
* A demonstrable and thorough knowledge of managing complex and numerous building projects, together with managing and implementing property maintenance, processes and procedures
* Proven track record of leading, developing and inspiring skilled teams to achieve continuous improvement
Skills
* Ability to compile, review, control and implement budgets.
* Excellent planning and organising skills.
* Strong negotiating skills.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously whilst at the same time being a skilled and effective collaborator
* Excellent communication and collaboration ability
