Conveyancing Secretary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Secretary within our Residential Conveyancing Department. This role would suit an individual with previous Residential Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the process from instruction to completion.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
1. File opening & file closing
2. Scanning and saving documents to electronic folders or to email
3. Telephone enquiries and quotes
4. Liaising with clients
5. Managing a fee earner’s inbox
6. Land registry acquisitions
7. Archiving
8. Preparing and sending faxes as required
9. Preparing documents for dispatch by email, DX or post
