Head of HR and Employee Experience
Oxford – Hybrid 2 days a week.
£60,000 - £65,000
An outstanding role for an experienced, forward thinking, and dynamic Head of HR and Employee Experience to join a globally renowned organisation with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to innovation. Reporting directly to the Director of people, you will be at the heart of transforming employee experience and leading the professional HR service within the organisation. Responsibilities: -
· You will lead the HR strategy and vision, spearheading and inspiring the HR team, driving key initiatives that align with the company’s mission and future goals. Focussing on progressive and inclusive practices, you will shape their HR landscape.
· Innovate and continually refine the Employee Value Proposition to ensure the company continues to be an attractive and fulfilling place to work. You will play a key role in curating a compelling employee experience, highlighting the benefits, and fostering an inclusive working environment.
· You’ll build a resilient and agile workforce through strategic planning, partnering with senior internal stakeholders to anticipate and meet future talent needs.
· Deputising for the Director of People when appropriate, you will also lead on HR system development and workforce data reporting and equipping the leadership team and board with data insights to guide strategic decisions.
The Successful Candidate: -
· You will need to be an experienced HR and employee experience leader with an innovative approach to HR leadership and excellence ideally within a commercial environment.
· You will need to demonstrate a proved record of leading high-performance teams and a deep understanding of strategic workforce planning.
· Your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights will make you a trusted partner and advisor.
· You will bring a creative approach to solving complex HR challenges, continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and demonstrate your ability to collaborate and build consensus across diverse teams.
