Why are we recruiting?
We are passionate about our retailers at PayPoint; they are at the heart of our business and we always want to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service.
Who are we?
We have been around since 1996. You will be able to find us in most convenience stores, so take a look next time you go to your corner shop. We have different payment services ranging from bill payments to card services, EPOS systems, and ATMs. PayPoint manages £15 billion worth of transactions every year, for over 6,000 clients. We are proud of these numbers and are looking for your help to continue to grow.
What will you be doing?
You will be taking calls from our retailers who are based in convenience stores up and down the country. You will be listening, empathising, and finding solutions to the problems and challenges faced by our retailers every day. You will be managing queries via email, calls, and audio messages. Our aim is to get those retailers back to serving customers like you and me. We understand you may not have done a job like this before, so that is why we will give you some great training and make sure you have a buddy, senior, or team leader available to help with your questions. Once you feel comfortable and understand the different PayPoint products, we will get you on the phones helping retailers and making a real difference. You will be listening to their queries, problem-solving, and inputting data into an online system. The pace is fast, so we need people who are driven, focused, and want to succeed.
