Connectivity Services Manager
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The Connectivity Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the global connectivity network, ensuring seamless and efficient operation across the organisation. The post-holder will manage a dedicated team, overseeing network assets and maintaining the network infrastructure.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
* Managing and growing a team of skilled connectivity engineers, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
* Coordinating with managed service providers to ensure all connectivity services meet the organisation’s standards and requirements.
* Contributing to the design and selection of IT solutions, ensuring they meet functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance needs.
* Leveraging technology to drive change and support business processes; assisting with integration and initial implementation, including testing and assurance.
* Identifying, documenting, and managing risks, issues, and critical success factors requiring remediation.
* Promoting and maintaining design standards and methodologies within the team and wider business.
* Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, development, and support.
Your previous experience is likely to include:
* Extensive experience in Network Services, IT, or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience and ability in leading and developing a team of network professionals.
* Mentoring, training, and performance management.
* Developing and executing strategic plans for network infrastructure.

* Show skills in managing budgets and reducing costs without compromising quality, with the ability to prepare detailed cost estimates and business cases.
