As a result of a sustained period of success, this fast-growing business is looking to hire a Sales Estimator reporting to the Business Owners.
Within this customer-facing role, you will be measuring existing windows/prepared openings and then inputting the data using the procedures into the surveying software for production. You will also liaise with residents and be responsible for collecting customer choices.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow a clear and concise brief on contract requirements and detailed information on how products are to be processed for manufacture.
2. Proactively manage accounts and maintain strong lasting relationships with accounts and buying groups.
3. Complete on-site survey of windows and doors, taking into account contract programme, style, specification, size and location, all of which should comply with the technical package specification and current building regulations.
4. Outline the range of choices available and collect signed choice forms.
5. Provide residents with an overview of the installation process.
6. Attend pre-tender/pre-contract meetings to cover survey programme, technical and specification issues, and any other issues that arise, ensuring minutes are taken and distributed.
7. Comply with each contract's requirements and procedures relating to survey work.
Essential Experience:
1. Comprehensive understanding of both PVC-U and Timber would be a distinct advantage.
2. Understanding of current building regulations and construction techniques.
3. Ability to work on own initiative and manage timelines effectively.
4. Sales experience with a practical hands-on approach.
5. Flexibility essential as occasionally required to work outside of normal working hours and very occasionally at the weekend when required.

2. Grow, lead and manage the territory effectively.
3. Conversion rate.
Additionally for this role, you must have a full driving licence.
