The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in children's residential care with 2 years in supervising and managing staff.
This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000.
As a Registered Manager, you will be leading and supporting your team to provide exceptional care tailored to the needs of each child.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 5 years experience in children's residential care with 2 years in supervising and managing staff.
3. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
5. "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
6. Enhanced DBS checks.
