Category Manager - Edinburgh/Hybrid

The Role:
1. Build and deliver Category Plans by being innovative and collaborative with various cross functional stakeholders.
2. Consistently track and report on savings targets for specified sub-categories using the agreed process.
3. Deliver high savings targets through implementation of robust sourcing events.
4. Support the business to achieve compliance with legal, ethical, and social procurement policies with integrity and good judgment.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in Procurement ideally in a related field.
2. Cross functional working and stakeholder engagement.
3. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
4. Knowledge of Supplier relationship and performance management.
5. Category Planning experience.
