As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your duties will include managing the reception area, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
