Our Camberley-based client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and prepare all necessary documentation for product exports. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring that all export transactions are processed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: Export Documentation Management: Prepare and process export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export licenses, and bills of lading. Ensure that all required documentation for each shipment is completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure proper documentation for customs clearance. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with the preparation of export quotations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of export orders, delivery schedules, and customer information. Provide administrative support for sales-related activities, including responding to customer enquiries and processing orders. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all exported products comply with international trade laws and regulations. Work with the export compliance team to ensure that all required export controls and customs regulations are met. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Work closely with finance to ensure correct billing and payment processing for export orders. Customer Communication: Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, including shipping status and estimated delivery times. Handle any customer concerns related to export documentation or shipping issues. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain a systematic filing system for all export documents and records. Generate regular reports on export performance, including on-time delivery and any shipping issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally in export or international trade. Basic knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and shipping processes. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.
