What You Will Do
The EMEA Media Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for driving exceptional media execution across the region, enhancing our marketing efforts for our consumers and key customers to ultimately help deliver brand growth. Your deep and broad media expertise across planning, buying and production will be crucial in helping us to unlock value, working closely with many business partners across EMEA to ensure we deliver outstanding impact in-market.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Drive exceptional media execution in EMEA
• Solidify & systematize brilliant media basics
• Build strong partnership & integrated thinking with Marketing Teams and RDLs
• Responsible for overall media efficiency and effectiveness, leading key optimisation workstreams and opportunities
2. Unlock strong thought-leadership to accelerate in-market impact
• Act as key media lead with Kenvue global and local teams, elevating local performance and sharing learnings to improve media effectiveness and efficiency
• Shape & build a strong community of practice across EMEA
• Lead global media capability workshops for non-priority BMCs
3. Deploy global initiatives across EMEA
• Ensure localization of key global initiatives is fit for purpose
• Prioritize & execute key global & regional innovations
4. Elevate agency partnership to the next level
• Lead key media agency relationship, including facilitation of buying models, FTE decisions and annual evaluations
• Drive alignment & clarity between regional and local media agency
• Capture the potential of Power Partners to accelerate in-market impact
What We Are Looking For
1. Minimum 10 years experience working in media, deeply familiar with marketing dynamics, with strong commercial acumen, with ability to understand P&L and undertake financial analysis.
2. A master of analytics, comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and Excel.
3. A global thinker with strong influencing skills, capable of navigating matrix organisation dynamics with a 'velvet glove.'
4. A local market expert with a deep understanding of local dynamics & processes, and empathy for local teams.
5. A daring spirit and a change agent who challenges the status quo, drives innovation & doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer.
6. An owner’s mindset focused on problem-solving, who doesn’t hesitate to roll their sleeves up to get things done.
7. A highly adaptable & self-starter individual, ready to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving environment.
8. Experience working with marketing teams, creative and media agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple online channels for national brands.
9. Experience in key media planning and analytics tools (e.g. Comscore, Mediatool, Quantcast)
10. Up to date with the latest trends and standard methodologies in online marketing and measurement.
11. Must be able to work well in cross-functional teams, both as a standout colleague and a team leader.
