Your Role: As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and executing a high-growth sales strategy. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a robust sales function, creating market demand, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set, monitor, and refine KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and market penetration. Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including large clients, partners, and industry influencers. Work cross-functionally with product development and marketing teams to align strategies. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Travel as required to support major deals and expand strategic partnerships. What We’re Looking For: A results-driven sales leader with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in an engineering or domestic heating sector. A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales performance. A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for innovation and sustainability.
