As a Customer Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading your team to success.
Salary: £13.65 per hour
Job Description: Store Operations
You'll be responsible for managing the store floor, ensuring it remains safe, legal, and operational. This includes maintaining stock accuracy, managing diligence checks, and implementing change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training.
* Lead by example, providing friendly and welcoming service to customers.
* Support your Store Manager with various HR processes and deputise when needed.
