A prestigious investment bank in London is seeking a seasoned and highly organised Personal Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and PA support to senior executives while also handling HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Assist in HR administrative duties, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Organise and maintain office systems and procedures.
* Support the HR team with recruitment processes and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a seasoned Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within Financial Services.
* Degree from Russel Group University.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
* Experience in HR administration is highly desirable.
