This role is a key opportunity to lead the learning element of a critical systems change: the rollout and embedding of our new CRM and telephony platform. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure our people are confident and capable in adopting the new technology, ensuring a smooth transition and maximised benefit from the investment. This is a fixed term contract to start as soon as possible with an anticipated contract expiry on or around 31 March 2026. What you'll achieve Partner with the business and project teams to support the successful rollout of the new CRM and telephony system through targeted learning and development initiatives. Design and deliver engaging training interventions to ensure system users across the organisation are confident and competent in the use of the new platforms. Work collaboratively with the Learning Content Developer to build blended learning materials, including e-learning, quick reference guides, simulations, and instructor-led sessions. Develop and facilitate system-specific onboarding and upskilling programmes for customer service advisors, team leaders, and other impacted roles. Deliver induction sessions to ensure new colleagues are onboarded effectively into systems and telephony use. Identify learning needs and develop tailored learning paths for different user groups and levels of digital confidence. Provide real-time support during go-live periods and act as a learning ‘first responder’ for users needing immediate guidance. Measure the effectiveness of training delivery, collecting feedback and performance data to iterate and improve learning approaches. Actively contribute to change management activities associated with the systems implementation, supporting adoption and engagement through learning. Use internal communication platforms to raise awareness, generate interest, and sustain learning momentum around the systems changes.What you'll bring Essential skills Experience designing and delivering training focused on IT systems or software, ideally including CRM and telephony solutions. Ability to translate technical system knowledge into simple, accessible learning materials.
