Description A bit about the role… The Regional Manager is committed to achieving significant outcomes in the delivery of the Employment Services program in their region by meeting performance objectives and providing quality service delivery through coaching, mentoring, and fostering high a performing team. The role will lead their team to be the provider of choice, building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, customers and community partners that create sustainable employment opportunities and outcomes for program participants. The Regional Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships in the community that specifically lead to caseload growth through customer acquisition in a variety of referral channels. Lead, coach and drive team performance Understand the labour market, resourcing needs and constraints of employers and devise solutions Seek, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prospective employers that identify new and ongoing employment opportunities Be a thought leader in diversity and inclusion initiatives and effectively articulate to employers and partners the value proposition, benefits and incentives of employing program participants Provide organisational reporting and interpret, analyse and leverage data to enhance performance outcomes Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension based across our offices the Gold Coast.
