Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home and support the manager.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Lead and support the care home team, providing guidance and mentorship.
4. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
5. Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
7. Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
