Senior HR Recruitment Consultant (Public Sector)

City of London (hybrid, 4.5 day work week)
Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into 20+ specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our HR Public Sector team. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to join a consultative and high performing company.
This is a warm HR desk in an already established HR market.
The Role:
You will be handing the entire recruitment life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
* Candidate identification and interviews
* Advising and feeding back to candidates
* Attending client meetings
* Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
* Lead generation through relationship building
* New business development
* Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for all.
This role is suited to an experienced recruitment consultant, ideally recruiting into Public Sector
* Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
* Ideally you will have 12 months + recruitment experience, ideally within Public Sector
* Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
* You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
* Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
