People Coordinator – Fixed Term – 5 months

We are looking for a talented People Coordinator to join our team (on a fixed term basis). The People Services Hub work closely together to support our business by delivering a range of People activities that support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to job offers, contract variations, employment check compliance and leavers. The People Coordinator will also resolve initial queries from candidates, colleagues and managers.
Adopting a right first-time approach and providing a customer focused service is really important to us. It takes excellent communication, prioritisation, and tenacity. We are looking for people that can show they use these skills on a daily basis, and who are proactive in the way they work, looking for improvements in what they are doing.

We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location: Ashford, Kent with the option of hybrid working.
Hours Available: Full time. 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Term: Fixed term for 5 months

Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure and two references.
