Are you passionate about driving excellence in apprenticeship programs? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Leader to take charge of our Pastoral, Personal and Professional Development, and Careers provision for apprenticeships, ensuring an outstanding experience for apprentices and employers alike.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead a team to ensure continuous improvement through effective performance management, overseeing pastoral and careers development for apprentices and managing KPIs to ensure top-tier performance.
2. Manage and support the pastoral and careers team, ensuring effective caseload allocation and compliance across apprenticeship delivery.
3. Develop and implement a robust personal and professional development curriculum covering careers planning, financial literacy, digital innovation, health and wellbeing, and more.
4. Collaborate with Quality Managers and the Head of Studies, maintaining strong communication with apprentices, employers, and parents.
5. Facilitate enrichment activities, community outreach, and volunteer opportunities to enhance the overall apprentice experience.
