I have partnered with an independent multi-disciplined property real estate business. With 9 offices across London and the Southeast of England, they’re now looking for a Junior Facilities Manager to join their growing team.
You will have the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by their Facilities and Property Management team, alongside senior staff to boost your professional development.
You will be working across a diverse commercial portfolio, overseeing all building management, health and safety regulations whilst supporting budget management.
As well as managing your own building 2 days a week and supporting part of the wider portfolio 3 days a week, acting as a key liaison between facilities management, property management, and the front-of-house team, you will ensure clear and structured communication.
This role has a strong focus on professional development and is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team and grow with them long-term.
