With AMP8 fast approaching for the Water industry, Southern Water are looking for a Change Manager to support the Health, Safety Security and Wellbeing (HSSW) function within the company. Your role as Change Manager will be hands on one, creating a range of tools and techniques to enable delivery of change. You will take a view of people, process, technology, and data all framed by the governance and standards laid out in the HSSW Policies and Management Systems. You will enable effective change plans by: - Providing leadership, coaching and the delivery of change activity related to the Health & Safety and Protective Security Transformation Programmes. - Providing change management guidance and support to the Sponsor, Director HSSW, Head of Health & Safety, Head of Security, Programme Manager, Operational Managers and team members in the development and execution of the change management strategy and plans. - Apply change management methods to create a strategy and plans to
support adoption of the required changes which lead to the realisation of identified benefits. - Lead and execute all aspects of change management for each initiative including impact analysis, planning, coaching, readiness assessments, resistance management and support. - Create actionable change management deliverables i.e., engagement plan, readiness plan, resistance management plan, success criteria etc. - Lead change management assessments, planning, and change workshops for stakeholders impacted by the change. - Support colleagues responsible for the learning and development portfolio in the development of change.
