Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's education? We are seeking a dedicated 121 Teaching Assistant to support primary school pupils in Exeter, providing focused, one-on-one assistance to help them thrive in the classroom.
The Role:
* Providing one-on-one support to a pupil with specific learning needs
* Assisting with class activities, ensuring the pupil remains engaged and supported
* Implementing tailored learning strategies in collaboration with the teacher and SENCO
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive social interactions
* Supporting emotional and behavioral needs in a nurturing and patient manner
What We Are Looking For:
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children, especially in a 121 or SEN support role, preferred but not required
* A relevant Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification preferred but not required
* An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
