The Opportunity:
Lead the Future of Brand Partnerships. We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Partnerships Commercial Manager to step into a pivotal role within our flourishing brand partnerships division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop bold strategies that ignite innovative collaborations with renowned brands. You’ll build meaningful relationships, shape long-term partnerships, and open up a world of opportunities for the future of inflight experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deepen relationships with existing brand partners.
2. Lead cross-marketing collaborations between brands and airline clients.
3. Partner with Sourcing and Operations to optimize product formulation.
4. Implement review processes to showcase ROI for partners.
5. Represent our brand with airline clients and contribute to sales targets.
About You:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3-5 years of business development/marketing experience.
2. Premium / Luxury Fashion, Skincare and Beauty brand background essential.
3. Natural relationship-builder with strong leadership and coaching skills.
4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Experience with fashion brands or the licensing industry is a huge plus.
6. Comfortable with travel when needed.
