Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic local company, based in Tadworth, who have a rarely available opportunity to join their team, due to growth. This a busy and varied role, working as part of a small team alongside the wider office. This is a great opportunity for someone with some office experience who is looking for their next career move. The role will involve: Processing customer orders, from initial enquiry through to delivery Raising sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices Handling incoming calls and customer queries Assisting stock levels purchasing and chasing orders Producing reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) Administrative duties as required The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous experience in an administrative role Strong customer service skills Educated to minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) with Maths and English at grade C / grade 4 or above Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems Attention to detail This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Due to location you will need your own transport.
