Job Title: Service Co-ordinator
Location: Solihull
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Holiday: 23 days plus 8 bank holidays
We are a well-established, family-run business with over 35 years of experience specialising in refrigeration and air conditioning. Operating across the West Midlands, we provide installation, servicing, and repair solutions to a diverse range of industries.
We are seeking an experienced Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Solihull. As the first point of contact for both clients and service engineers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Allocating work to service engineers and managing their schedules
2. Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
3. Ordering necessary parts and equipment
4. Keeping clients updated on job progress
5. Ensuring all jobs are assigned and followed up efficiently
6. Processing job sheets, quotes, and purchase orders
7. Maintaining effective administrative processes to support the business
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Previous experience in a similar service co-ordination or administrative role
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
5. A proactive and customer-focused approach
