Job Purpose
I am seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance Administrator to join the Finance team of our Local Authority client based in Blackburn. The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Support daily financial operations
2. Ensure accurate record-keeping
3. Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
4. Post income and process orders within the Exchequer Team
5. Perform data input with speed and accuracy
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a Financial Administrative role
