Dundee Sheriff Court are looking for a full time administrative officer to join them on a fixed term basis for a period of 6 months.
Administrative Officers carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court or provide support to other functions within the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
Some of the duties for this role are as follows;
To undertake a number of general administrative duties including:
Processing and distributing incoming mail to colleagues which comprises of writs, summonses, simplified divorces, enquiries and other documents.
producing court documents
Preparing files for court hearings
General photocopying and filing
Dealing with numerical calculations
Accounting for monies in accordance with financial guidelines
