Harmonia Collaborative Care is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to assist the Director in overseeing the operations of our mental health clinics. This position involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, including the management of policies and procedures, ensuring quality of care, and providing clinical behavioral therapy services to adolescents, adults, and families. The individual will also provide clinical oversight, participate in staff supervision, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Services:
* Manage and evaluate the delivery of quality behavioral health services.
* Oversee clinical standards and the implementation of policies.
* Maintain quality and risk management practices.
* Manage the clinic’s Electronic Clinical Record (ECR) system and procedures.
* Assess personnel needs and recommend staffing practices and policies.
Staff Administration:
* Conduct performance evaluations for clinical staff.
* Oversee staff orientation, in-service training, and recruitment.
* Collaborate with the Agency’s Compliance Officer to support the organization’s compliance programs.
* Perform chart reviews to ensure the delivery of appropriate services and monitor goal achievement.
Participant Services:
* Maintain a personal caseload and appointment schedule.
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Community/Collaboration Services:
* Participate in professional associations and activities to enhance the clinic’s services.
* Stay updated on evidence-based practices and value-based reimbursements in behavioral health.
* Collaborate with other services/agencies to develop partnerships in coordination with the Director and CEO.
Compliance and Values:
* Adhere to all laws and regulations governing the Agency.

Skills and Abilities:
* Understanding of diverse populations, particularly those with mental health conditions.
* Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and their impact on overall well-being.
* Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders.

* Ability to work collaboratively with the Leadership Team.
* Expertise in administrative procedures and electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications:
* Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in behavioral health. Supervisory and program management experience preferred. Experience with telehealth is beneficial.
* Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field. Must be licensed (LCSW, LMHC, or PhD).
* Licenses/Certifications: Must maintain licensure with assistance from Harmonia’s credentialing staff.
Working Conditions:
* Primarily office-based, with two behavioral health clinics and occasional work-from-home opportunities.
* No weekend work.
* Travel within the community for meetings and collaboration is expected.
