Pay Rate: £13 PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay or £14.55 Umbrella
Job Overview:
In this role, you will guide individuals through the process of collecting their own blood samples at home. Using a provided script, you will ensure that all required steps are followed with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound calls from individuals who need assistance with home blood collection.
2. Follow a scripted process to verify the individual's weight and identification.
3. Clearly and confidently explain the step-by-step blood collection process.
4. Provide support and reassurance as individuals follow your instructions.
5. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
6. Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
2. Ability to follow scripts precisely and deliver information clearly.
3. Comfortable with guiding others through a detailed process over the phone.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work remotely.
6. Available to complete training in early January before the official start date.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role. This will include:
1. Familiarization with the script and procedures.
2. Practice sessions to simulate real calls.
3. Guidance on providing effective support and managing common queries.
