Job Title: KS1 SEN Teacher

Salary: £130 - £190 per day

Are you a passionate and experienced KS1 Teacher looking to make a positive impact on young learners? A Walsall primary school, is seeking a dedicated KS1 SEN Teacher to join its committed and vibrant team to support their SEN hub on-site. This role is full-time.
About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a strong foundation for children's learning, particularly in literacy and numeracy. You will be responsible for teaching children in their on-site SEN hub. Your ability to support children’s academic, social, and emotional development will be essential in helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils to succeed.
* Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents, and using data to inform planning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to ensure the needs of all children are met, including those with additional learning needs.
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring strong home-school communication.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participation in extracurricular activities and events.
* Uphold safeguarding practices and school policies at all times.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
* Has strong experience with SEN
* Is committed to providing high-quality education and has a passion for developing young learners.
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
* Can work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
* Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
