Protocol Education are supporting a mainstream Infant and Nursery school in Iver Heath to appoint a 1:1 SEN support assistant for a child with Autism/ADHD.
The school is a two form entry mainstream infant and Nursery school and pride themselves on providing a nurturing and positive learning environment for the students they support and teach.

Hours: 8:30-3pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive 1:1 SEND Support professional to join our team at a Rotherham school specializing in ASC and communication needs. The successful candidate will work closely with individual students to provide tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND, including ASC, communication needs, and other learning difficulties
* Work closely with Teachers and other members of the school staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for individual students
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
* Help students develop social and communication skills, as well as academic skills
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant qualifications and experience in working with students with SEND, including ASC and communication needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
* A commitment to equal opportunities and inclusion in education

Pay rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.
