Location: Opening Solutions EMEIA Headquarters, Woking, UK
Secondment: 3 month secondment in Europe will provide a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set.
The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEA division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses and institutions. Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, locks, access control and service.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Recurring Revenue EMEIA, we are looking for an ambitious self-starter who would like to be part of the growing EMEIA Commercial Excellence team focused on supporting all regions in developing, implementing & sharing best practice in tools & processes, to drive ongoing commercial-related business improvements.
You will have overall responsibility for definition and development of the Commercial Excellence assessment process, working closely with the EMEIA Regional teams, relevant EMEIA colleagues and external IT providers to implement improvements in both the assessment platform and in the overall process.
As the Business Analyst EMEIA, you will directly support EMEIA Commercial Excellence team across several important programmes, including Customer Experience, CRM rollout (Sales, Customer & Field Service), D365 rollout, Full Potential sales and multiple training programmes (Sales, Price, Specification, Six Sigma etc).
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and support the Commercial Excellence assessment processes, including managing all links and operational requirements from start to end of process.
2. Ensure that the annual Commercial Excellence results are collated, and the result deck published, with award certificates distributed.
3. Maintain and manage the Commercial Excellence online platform, including managing the supplier relationship and ensuring that the platform continues to evolve with new functionalities/improvements.
4. Coordinate the maintenance and running of the Commercial Excellence website, including incorporation of pages for new modules (Sales Contract Policy).
5. Directly support the EMEIA Customer Experience (CX) programme, in the development of Customer Journey Mapping process and rollout of the CES/CSAT surveys.
6. Support development of relevant toolkit material, including training webinars etc.
7. Liaise with Marketing & e-Business teams on development of relevant support material.
8. Support the Head of Pricing & Recurring Revenue in developing material and conducting on-site Price training sessions with local teams.
9. Directly support the Full Potential sales project, incorporating analysis and regular interaction with local teams.
10. Support all Commercial Excellence activities/modules, including preparation of communications & presentations.
11. Where practical join meetings & assessment visits as required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
1. BA or BSc required in Business/Finance with any practical commercial experience a benefit.
2. Some experience in working in a global organisation with geographically-dispersed, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams a benefit.
3. Must possess excellent written/oral communication and networking skills.
4. Understanding of project management requirements with ability to analyse and improve customer facing business processes.
5. Knowledge of key sales support technologies such as CRM and BI modules.
6. Fluent in English; any additional language skills would be an advantage.
7. Flexibility to travel across market regions (around 15%-25% of time).
8. Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
