We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work multiple services in and around the Scarborough locality. The services promote the independence, inclusion and well-being of people with care and support needs, such as, Autism andLearning Difficulties.This role is agency and is fully flexible allowing you to work around any commitments, promoting a healthy work life balance.The Role:
* Provide daily living support.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and understood.
* Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.
* Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.
The Person:
* 12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Driver preferred but not essential.
* International applicants are unfortunately unable to be considered.
