Responsibilities include: Sourcing: Finding candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and events. Screening: Shortlisting candidates based on job criteria. Interviewing: Assessing skills and culture fit. Client Interaction: Understanding client needs. Relationship Building: Fostering trust with candidates and clients. Market Research: Staying updated on trends. Admin: Managing records and databases. Training: Learning recruitment and sales. Sales Skills: Persuasion and negotiation. Targets: Meeting recruitment goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. We provide full training and only ever hire entry level talent so no experience at all is required.
