ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme
The ASOS Partner Fulfilment programme is a gateway for ASOS Partner Brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers. The programme's aim is to improve the ASOS customer experience by providing improved size availability and more choice within the current brand portfolio as well as onboarding hundreds of locally relevant brands in key markets globally. We have an ambitious target for the programme to make up 5% of total ASOS GMV by 2025.
The Team
The Partner Fulfilment team falls within the Commercial Operations function; it is our job to manage a key trading lever for the Commercial teams in order to maximise the trading opportunities with our brand partners on the ASOS.com platform.
About the Role
Account Management Administrators provide critical admin support to our Partner Fulfilment Account Manager. They help the Account Manager to develop key account relationships and work with our partner brands to ensure relevant product ranges are made available to our 20-something customer. They work collaboratively to ensure that the partner fulfilment programme runs smoothly, supporting with sample management, updating the critical path and raising styles in line with partner brand deadlines.
What you'll be doing...
* Support the account manager in building strong working relationships with Partner accounts.
* Create and maintain a robust sample critical path for each partner brand.
* Proactively monitor our partners Article Status Reports to ensure maximum visibility of styles on the ASOS platform and support resolution of issues to maximise the sales opportunity.
* Work collaboratively with the buying teams to ensure additional ranges are raised accurately, and samples are available to handover to ASOS Studios in line with timelines.
* Deliver efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring a smooth running operation and relevant reports and files are kept up to date at all times.
* Participate in market reviews to understand competitor activity, identifying brand partnership opportunities for the department and presenting back ideas to the team.
* Take the opportunity to learn and develop key skills through the ASOS Commercial Academy.
