Senior Electrical Contracts Manager - I am currently looking for a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to work for a medium-sized MEP contractor, based in Northampton. Reporting directly to the M&E Project Director, you will take the lead across MEP projects ensuring seamless integration and coordination for an outstanding service.
Responsibilities for the Electrical Contracts Manager include :-
* Overseeing and managing all M&E projects, ensuring correct compliance
* Leading teams of electricians, plumbers and subcontractors
* Monitoring progress, budgets and timelines
* Collaborating closely with the relevant Project Director
* Ensuring the highest standard of health & safety, quality and productivity throughout projects
* Monthly forecasting
* Making applications for payment
The starting basis salary for the Electrical Contract Manager is £60-65k plus a company car or car allowance, other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays along with the true opportunity to progress within the company.
You must have a Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition, SMSTS/SSSTS, a full driving license and previous experience within a similar role.
