The Role:

As a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students who need specialized support, contributing to their educational journey and helping them thrive. Your role will include working with small groups and, occasionally, covering for the class teacher when they are off.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEND, including Autism and SEMH needs.
* Assist in small group and one-to-one settings to deliver personalized learning experiences.
* Cover the class teacher during their absence, ensuring continuity in students’ education.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure effective learning strategies are in place.
* Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
