Do you have previous experience in Business Development in the Energy Sector and want to join a rapidly growing, warm and diverse startup company in a role that'll give you the support and opportunity to move up into a board-level position?
This company is the first and only company within their particular niche of commercial energy supply. They have pioneered a process that allows commercial property owners to provide bespoke energy packages for tenants, taking into account variables in needs such as sustainability targets, energy usage, and flexibility. They are now a multimillion-pound organisation receiving a continuous stream of new business requests across the UK and are looking to grow significantly over the next few years.
In this role, you will be heavily involved in creating and maintaining the company's sales strategies. You will benefit from a flexible approach and the freedom to work collaboratively and autonomously with the goal of helping the company grow.
The Role:
1. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
2. Create, manage, and maintain a sales strategy to aid in the company's growth plans
3. Work with various teams to address any issues and queries relating to the sales function
4. Uncapped bonus potential, based on realistic sales targets
The Person:
1. Previous experience working as a BDM within the Energy sector
2. Motivated to help the company grow, with an autonomous and collaborative approach to work
3. Track record of achieving sales targets
