Our client, an excellent global business based in the Preston area are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team. As Supply Chain Specialist you will be responsible for managing stock availability and driving OTIF to a diverse customer base. This is a fast paced role and those with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and an analytical mindset will excel. Supply lead for product availability at all distribution centres for inventory within the area of responsibility. Responsible for achieving stock and working capital targets, ensuring stock levels are within budgeted levels (days cover) whilst maintaining correct stock levels to support the business customer service target. Manage stock availability in line with business targets, minimising stock outs.
